I have been at NCFIT for 4 years and have been coaching CrossFit for 3 years. Prior to finding CrossFit, I was in the collegiate strength and conditioning world working with the University of Iowa football team. I enjoy coaching because of the relationships I get to build with all the athletes I get to see every day, and help them see progress in their health and fitness. I really love coaching strength and have a powerlifting background personally before starting to train for CrossFit competition. I offer PT sessions, especially focused on getting stronger and learning the barbell movements. 


Fun Fact: I’ve recently gotten into mountain biking and am a huge fan of the Joe Rogan podcast.
