At NCFIT Campbell, we don’t just introduce you to HYROX — we prepare you for it.


Unlike most gyms, our HYROX classes run for a full 90 minutes.

That extra time matters. HYROX races are long, and proper preparation requires workouts that build real endurance.  Our longer class format allows us to run workouts long enough to simulate race demands, build durability, and develop the engine you’ll need on race day.   


With 90-minute classes, we have the time to:


Build true race endurance

Practice transitions between movements

Develop pacing strategies

Prepare your body for the full demands of competition

You don’t have to be a racer to join — but if you decide to compete, you’ll be ready.
