Program Description
Our CrossFit Teens program is designed to help young athletes develop foundational strength, improve conditioning, and build healthy habits that last a lifetime. The Teens program is available over seven one-week sessions (three days a week), making it easy for parents to book around vacation schedules.
With expert coaching in a fun, motivating group environment, your teen will learn proper form for key strength lifts, increase their endurance through high-intensity workouts, and gain essential nutrition knowledge to fuel their bodies right. But it’s more than just workouts—this program builds confidence, resilience, and consistency in and out of the gym. Whether your teen is new to training or looking to take their performance to the next level, our coaches will guide them every step of the way, ensuring safety, support, and success.
